C.M. Dunfee & Sons began with Chad Dunfee, a mower, and a vision to build something of his own. What started as small, local jobs built on hard work and word of mouth has grown into a full-service property management company serving Cape Cod, the South Shore, and Greater Boston.

 

From the beginning, the focus has remained simple—show up, do the work right, and stand behind it. That mindset continues to drive everything we do today. As the company has grown, so has the scope of our services, expanding into landscaping, irrigation, masonry, and comprehensive property management for residential estates, HOA communities, and commercial properties.
