Current Open Positions

Landscape Maintenance Crew Member

Perform weekly lawn care, bed maintenance, spring/fall cleanups, and fine gardening tasks.
Experience preferred, but we’re willing to train motivated individuals.
Must enjoy working outdoors and have a keen eye for detail.

Masonry & Hardscape Crew Member

Assist in building stone walls, patios, walkways, and custom outdoor spaces.
Experience with natural stone, pavers, and blockwork preferred.
Ability to work with a team on high-end residential and commercial projects.

Irrigation Technician

Work alongside our lead irrigation tech for system installations, maintenance, and repairs.
Experience preferred, but training provided for the right candidate.
Assist with spring system start-ups and fall blowouts.

Snow & Ice Management Crew Member (Seasonal)

Operate plow trucks, sanders, and snow blowers during winter storms.
Shovel and clear walkways for commercial properties.
Must be available during snow events — days, nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.

✅ Valid MA State Driver’s License
✅ Reliable Transportation to and from Wareham, MA
✅ Ability to Work in Various Weather Conditions
✅ Strong Work Ethic and Positive Attitude
