This beautiful design features all Techo-Bloc materials combined with natural stone walls, built-in landscape lighting, and cobble edging surrounding the entire space. To complete the look, we added cobble-lined garden beds wrapping around the property — the perfect finishing touch.

This stunning property, overlooking the bay, was completely transformed by our team. We excavated over 1,500 yards of fill from the hillside, shaping the land to prepare for its next chapter. Our crews installed multiple greenhouses and custom chicken coops, turning this property into a future farm oasis.

We brought in over 630 yards of premium loam, carefully grading and shaping the entire area to ensure the perfect foundation for a lush, healthy lawn. After achieving the ideal grade, we fully seeded the site and applied starter fertilizer to give the new grass the best possible start.

These beautiful raised garden beds were designed and installed by the team here at C.M. Dunfee & Sons Property Management. We proudly donated the block to our valued customers at Latham Centers, helping to enhance this peaceful garden space.
