🔥 Backyard Resort-Style Living & Full Landscape Package

This Dartmouth property was fully transformed into a high-end backyard retreat by the CMDS team. The project features a custom-built fire pit with a matching bench and paver seating area, ideal for relaxing and entertaining.

We installed multiple small paver patios that connect key outdoor spaces, including a new walkway running from the front driveway to the pool area behind the home. Over 100 plants were installed throughout the property to enhance privacy, texture, and seasonal interest — all while integrating professional drainage solutions to support long-term performance.

This elegant outdoor space was built at the end of a freshly paved driveway in Plymouth, MA. The CMDS team installed a custom paver patio bordered with cobblestone and centered around a sleek fire pit for evening enjoyment.

We also constructed a retaining wall to stabilize the area and provide clean grade separation. The result is a functional and beautiful outdoor gathering spot that adds value and enjoyment year-round.

Location: New Housing Development – Southeastern Massachusetts
Scope: Loam Installation, Grading, Seeding, Fertilization

This large-scale lawn renovation was completed by the CMDS team for one of our premier housing developments. We imported and spread over 630 yards of premium screened loam, carefully grading and shaping the site to establish the ideal foundation for long-term growth and curb appeal.

Once the grade was perfected, we hydroseeded the full area and applied a starter fertilizer blend, setting the stage for a lush, durable lawn that will thrive for seasons to come.

This peaceful garden enhancement project was designed and installed by the CMDS team in partnership with our longtime clients at Latham Centers. To support their mission and community, we proudly donated all the block materials and completed the full installation of custom raised garden beds, built to offer both accessibility and beauty.

This exceptional Bayfront property underwent a full-scale transformation led by the CMDS team. We removed and relocated over 1,500 yards of fill from a steep hillside, reshaping the land for enhanced usability and long-term development.

Once graded, we installed multiple custom greenhouse pads and professionally framed chicken coops, preparing the property for a fully functioning farm retreat. With the ocean as a backdrop, this site is now positioned for years of productive, sustainable use.
